Sticky tape x-rays
Here's a really cool story about how sticky tape releases x-rays -- really. They did little sticky-tape-sized x-rays of their fingers!

This is not a comment on this post (interesting as it is!) but a message about your blogging colleague "radwaste" (GW). You will see that his blog is blocked: this is as a result of actions taken by his workplace. Not sure how we can get in contact without revealing all to the world, but I think he would appreciate hearing from you if you have his contact.

Do you know ? Peeling tape from a roll of sticky tape releases a tiny bursts of x-rays that are powerful enough.
